Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 1 working day after your order. 

For Singapore and Malaysia orders, you should receive your order within 3 working days from the day we ship out. 

For international orders, you should receive your order within the timeline displayed upon checkout.

• Free Delivery
Free delivery is only applicable to orders in Singapore and Malaysia only, for all orders above SGD100/RM300.

For Singapore orders below SGD100, we deliver to everywhere including your office address/Tuas area etc. at a flat fee of SGD$3.99

For Malaysia orders below RM300,  we deliver within 3-5 Working Days at a flat fee of SGD$4.50.

• Cash On Delivery
In light of the Covid-19 situation, we currently do not offer any Cash-On-Delivery (COD) service until further notice.

• Missed Delivery 
Please contact our selected courier partner and provide them with your tracking number to reschedule your shipment.
